I have a flight to Townsville the day after tomorrow, but I haven’t booked a car from the airport to the hotel yet. Once I went to Australia without a reservation and regretted it very much. I had two options: either spend the night at the airport or pay several times more for a taxi, since it was nighttime. Since then, I always book transportation in advance, including a Townsville Airport shuttle with GetTransfer. But I don’t think it’s a very popular resort town, so I think I’ll be able to leave without a reservation. Or am I wrong? Is the transfer from Townsville Airport popular? If anyone has been there recently and can help me with their experience, I would be very grateful.
