Part 1 – Pivot arsenals for coping with new realities

  • 20 minutes – The three fronts you manage in a crisis.

  • 25 minutes – Offense mindset vs. Defense mindset in times of crisis

  • 15 minutes – Case studies

  • 25 minutes – Exercise: ‘The Startup Board’ – receive a case study of a startup / choose one enduring a crisis and conduct a “board of directors meeting” to decide upon moves and strategy to cope

  • 20 minutes – Showcase & analyze participants work

  • 10 minutes – Break

Part 2 – Managing teams in the age of remote work

  • 10 minutes – Managing with Empathy
  • 20 minutes – Exercise: Map your team, identify strengths, weaknesses, pivots & processes to improve.
  • 15 minutes – Tools & methodologies for remote work
  • 20 minutes – Showcase & analyze participants work
  • 5 minutes – Summary
