Part 1 – Team

  • 25 minutes – Part #1: Forming an unstoppable founding team – Identifying your ideal co-founders & how to structure the process.
    • The frameworks of assessing a relevant co-founder.
    • Principals and Values of Unstoppable teams.
  • *Optional – 5 minutes – Exercise – Building your Co-Founder’s profile.
    • Rate your priorities for founder’s work style, values, prior knowledge and experience etc.
  • 15 minutes – Part #2: Becoming an unstoppable founding team – principles, values and attributes of great founders.
    • Introducing PTs and other vehicles to experiment Founder-Fit.
    • The “What If” list – Potential scenarios for the future.
    • Building your questionnaire for a potential co-founder.
  • 20 Minutes – Build your ‘PT’ questionnaire exercise & Discussion.
  • 10 minutes – Break

Part 2 – Advisors & Networking

    • 30 minutes – How to select, communicate and engage with stakeholders to maximize value.
      • Understanding what types of mentors / advisors we might need?
      • Managing your Network – CRM, Tools. Best Practices & Hacks
      • Managing Relationship
      • Managing Meetings – Pre, During, Post
    • 10 minutes – Exercise – Mapping your network & defining your needs.
      • Build your relationships CRM + Determine goals for advisors / mentors.
    • 15 minutes – Cold & Warm Intro’s.
      • Show “elevator pitch” structure → translation to intro-blurb.
    • 15 minutes – Draft Warm / Cold Intro.
      • Draft a warm intro-blurb and give feedback.
    • 20 minutes – The Intro-Blurb Exercise + feedback session.
    • 5-10 minutes – Best practices for engaging your network – tools, mindset and practice.
    • 5 minutes – Summary
